I came for a general service of my HP Omen Gaming laptop. Within 1.5 hrs, the technician cleaned the internal fans and casings and also applied thermal paste. Extremely happy with the prompt service that the person provided in front of me instead of asking me to deposit the laptop, which he could have insisted on at 5 PM on a Saturday (they have Sunday holiday). The place is also walking distance from Merlin Warden Lake View. Note that the shop is inside the Uttarapan Shopping Complex and currently the location is wrongly shown. Will definitely come back again for servicing or repair. The charges were also very reasonable. They are also ok with us bringing our own parts if we want.
Good Experience so far. Polite staff. Laptop is repaired with fan change and basic cleaning. Will wait for laptop performance to see if it fixed the issue
